![]() 4G is a great designer though, and I hope he comes back some day rejuvenated with big ideas to make the game more fun. The game's reviews are still listed as very positive (i.e. ![]() That update itself was almost three months ago as of writing. In a lot of ways this game doesn't quite live up to the original NGU, the power growth lacks "umph". According to the update times I can see, the last update NGU-Industries had was on May 11th, just over a month after it released (on April 5th). I feel as though something feels "off" about this game though. I'd really love to see it move forward and reach its potential, when he's ready. Development focus will primarily be on expanding and polishing this set of features and adding completely new features. It's not the same as NGU, but I've found that once I started learning the strategies for balancing the factory supply line, it's been a really fun thing to have running in the background, coming back and tweaking it and opening up new maps and resources. NGU INDUSTRIES currently has the main Factory, Farming, Work Orders and Experiments features fully implemented, while Farming is in a more partially implemented state. ![]() I hope that 4G knows that there are still fans who are enjoying the game, even through its early growing pains. Some people in the discussion group can be needlessly harsh when criticizing a game when it's understood to be work in progress. ![]() I just hope that it doesn't stem too much from negative feedback.
